Our rates
Below is an overview of our fees. The fee schedule consists of three sections; Beau-pair services, monthly and one-off contribution families and optional one-off fees. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Intake interview home visit (mandatory)
First placement only, excluding travel costs (€0.30/km excluding VAT) and parking costs (locally applicable parking rate excluding VAT).
Beau-pair mediation, guidance and support fee
Candidate selection, matching, legal compliance, air ticket service, full service support & evaluations, guidance and support practicalities, welcome training incl. lunch, welcome pack (incl. museum annual pass).
Screening au-pair
Local pre-screening, interview by local partner, interview Beau-pair, full legal screening, selection and admission, preparation, local preparation and cultural training.
IND procedure, administration & fees
including visa and residence permit application, local embassy appointment, IND appointment to collect residence permit Netherlands, file status and administrative follow-up.
Four Beau-pair au-pair events
Beau-pair-organised events with a cultural/educational programme with room for relaxation and fun. Participation is mandatory!

Flight ticket (one-off)
The au-pair pays €500 for the ticket, the rest of the proposed ticket is paid by the host family.
Mandatory TB test au-pair at GGD (one-off)
Au-pair insurance
A special insurance specifically for au pairs combining international travel sickness, accident, liability, luggage and individual assistance in case of emergency (including repatriation to the home country). This compulsory insurance must be taken out by the host family before the au pair's departure. As this is a specific au-pair insurance, it is offered by a number of specialised parties, the best-known of which are Tasman, ISIS and Johoo. Beau-pair has good experiences with Tasman Insurances. As Beau-pair, we can of course help if there are questions about the au-pair insurance.When the insurance is concluded, we would like to receive a copy of the policy so that we can add it to the application file.
