Ja, de kosten bedragen afhankelijk van het dekkingsgebied (Europa of Wereld, afhankelijk van het land van herkomst van de au-pair) € 437,26 of € 561,58 op jaarbasis. De au-pairverzekering kunt u (vóór aankomst van de au-pair) bij Tasman Verzekeringen aanvragen via deze link , waar u ook uitgebreide informatie vindt over de verzekering voor gastgezinnen van au-pairs.

Moet ik zelf nog kosten aan de IND betalen?

Nee, Beau-pair regelt de administratieve afhandeling en de betaling van leges en overige eventuele betalingen aan de IND.

Moeten wij een museumjaarkaart aanschaffen voor de au-pair?

Nee, dat hoeft niet. De au-pairs van Beau-pair krijgen van ons een museumjaarkaart! Wij stimuleren hen juist om erop uit te gaan en musea te bezoeken! Daarnaast organiseren wij regelmatig excursies waar zij naartoe kunnen met juist hun museumjaarkaart. Als voorbeeld het Zuiderzeemuseum, Paleis het Loo, Zaanse schans en het Kröller Müller.

Staan op de factuur / de facturen alle kosten in verband met de au-pair?

Nee, de factuur bevat de bemiddelingskosten, de kosten voor de au-pair events, IND kosten en leges. Kosten die niet gefactureerd zijn en apart door het gastgezin betaald moeten worden zijn het maandelijkse zakgeld, maandelijkse bijdrage voor het OV-abonnement en het mobiele telefoonabonnement van de au-pair. Daarnaast zijn er nog eenmalige kosten zoals bijvoorbeeld de kosten van een museumjaarkaart voor de au-pair en de kosten voor de TBC test bij GGD.

Waarom krijg ik één factuur?

U heeft aan het begin van het au-pair plaatsingstraject gekozen voor betaling ineens van de bemiddelingsfee en kosten met een korting van 2,5%.

Waarom krijg ik twee facturen?

U heeft aan het begin van het traject gekozen voor de optie: “betalen in twee deelfacturen”. De eerste factuur is voor 70% van de totale plaatsingskosten en ontvangt u na matching met een au-pair. De tweede factuur is voor de resterende 30% van de totale plaatsingskosten. De tweede factuur ontvangt u uiterlijk 4 weken voor aankomst van de au-pair.

Wat is de betaaltermijn die jullie hanteren voor het betalen van de factuur / facturen?

De betaaltermijn die Beau-pair B.V. voor betaling van onze factu(u)r(en) hanteert is 14 dagen.

Wie betaalt de kosten voor de TB test bij de GGD?

Deze TB test bij de GGD voor de au-pair is een verplichte test. Deze éénmalige kosten (ca. € 50,00) moeten door het gastgezin betaalt worden. Het is aan de au-pair deze verplichte TB test bij de GGD zo spoedig mogelijk na aankomst te laten afnemen als alle administratieve zaken (inschrijving Gemeente, BSN, verblijfsvergunning, bankrekening etc.) zijn geregeld. Wij adviseren u de au-pair hierin te helpen om te voorkomen dat hier mogelijk problemen door ontstaan. Graag ontvangt Beau-pair ter zijner tijd graag een kopie van de afgenomen TB test.

Au-pair insurance

A special insurance specifically for au pairs combining international travel sickness, accident, liability, luggage and individual assistance in case of emergency (including repatriation to the home country). This compulsory insurance must be taken out by the host family before the au pair's departure. As this is a specific au-pair insurance, it is offered by a number of specialised parties, the best-known of which are Tasman, ISIS and Johoo. Beau-pair has good experiences with Tasman Insurances. As Beau-pair, we can of course help if there are questions about the au-pair insurance.When the insurance is concluded, we would like to receive a copy of the policy so that we can add it to the application file.

No, you don't have to. Beau-pair's au-pairs get a museum year card from us! We encourage them to go out and visit museums! In addition, we regularly organise excursions where they can go with their museum year card. For example, the Zuiderzee Museum, Het Loo Palace, Zaanse Schans and Kröller Müller.

Do the invoice(s) include all costs related to the au-pair?

No, the invoice contains the mediation costs, the costs for the au-pair events, IND costs and fees. Costs that are not invoiced and have to be paid separately by the host family are the monthly pocket money, monthly contribution for the public transport subscription and the mobile phone subscription of the au-pair. In addition, there are one-off costs such as the cost of a museum year card for the au-pair and the cost of the TB test at the GGD.

Why do I get one invoice?

At the beginning of the au-pair placement process, you opted for lump-sum payment of the mediation fee and costs with a discount of 2.5%.

Why do I get two invoices?

At the beginning of the process, you have chosen the option: "pay in two partial invoices". The first invoice is for 70% of the total placement costs and you will receive it after matching with an au-pair. The second invoice is for the remaining 30% of the total placement fee. You will receive the second invoice no later than 4 weeks before the au-pair's arrival.

The payment term used by Beau-pair B.V. for payment of our invoice(s) is 14 days.

Who pays for the cost of the TB test at the GGD?

This TB test at the GGD for the au-pair is a mandatory test. This one-off cost (approx. € 50.00) must be paid by the host family. It is up to the au pair to have this compulsory TB test at the GGD as soon as possible after arrival, if all administrative matters (registration Municipality, BSN, residence permit, bank account, etc.) have been arranged. We advise you to help the au-pair with this to avoid possible problems. Please send Beau-pair a copy of the TB test in due time.
